DRIVE THRU ONLY IF YOU USE THIS LOCATION. If you go in, they're incredibly rude and incompetent. The girls at the counter acted like I was inconveniencing them by interrupting their personal conversations. They immediately chucked me off to the personal banker Greg Loos who is the rudest, most condescending person I've ever met. I've never had a worse customer service experience than I did with Greg who made the entire process infinitely more painful and miserable than it needed to be. WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION. I'd rather go farther to a different location than be treated this poorly by my own bank that I've had an account with for 10 years.
