Wow! Poorly trained server, but she tried! Smile remained no matter what. Food was timely, but drinks either out of, didn't carry, or had no clue. Bartender more interested in talking than working. By the time our appetizer arrived (20 minutes from order) and the ranch was brought over ( server wasn't aware came with the apps - even menu says it - again, poor training) still no drinks! We politely canceled the drinks, asked for boxes and the bill. Still gave the server 20%, so much not her fault. We will NOT be returning. This is not anew establishment, and by no means were they busy.
Great food. Great beer selection. Great atmosphere. Very friendly staff. Lots of room.
Ordered a few drinks an everyone at the table had a chipped glass. They were out of the Onyx specials, and our waitress seemed more interested in playing with her coworkers hair than serving the customers.
Wait staff is super friendly, to one another. I dont think they care too much about their customers. Waited long periods of time for refills. Drink glasses were dirty, sent back and ordered bottles.
Always a great time at Onxy... But I recommend one of 2 things, either they need to add more bartenders and wait staff during holidays and special events or just simply go else where... On Halloween Weekend 2017, 45 minute wait after ordering to get one drink, kinda ruined the night....
