The dentist himself was great, he was very helpful. However, the woman before who cleaned my teeth (can’t remember her name, though she was an older woman with dark hair) was incredibly rough. While scraping my teeth she definitely didn’t seem to care about my comfort at all. She poked and caught my gums several times and at one point, I could feel she had caught a part of my gum and ripped it off. It was very painful and my mouth was bleeding quite a bit. She flossed my teeth in about 15 seconds because she was literally just slamming the floss down on my gums. When I looked down on the bib they gave me there was quite a bit of blood on it. This was just for a simple cleaning! Also, keep in mind, I would say I have a decent pain tolerance. My gums are still very swollen and sore... Probably won’t be going back because of this.
Wow! Very pleased with my experience. I absolutely love that two nights a week they stay open til 7pm. Also, you can get almost everything done at his office, including root canal and crown!
I recommend him to anyone!

The best staff & service around! I've never met anyone that cared so much about my family and I at a Dr Office. I'm new to the area and I have a two year old who had prune juice stains on her teeth with family pictures coming up! The staff specifically Michelle, went above & beyond to make my daughter feel comfortable and get her teeth cleaned with Dr. Lutsch. Michelle entertained my 2yr old and 9mth old while I had my cleaning. When we spoke after, she recommended that I always bring in my 2yr old on my visits so she gets used to being at the dentist and is never scared! I LOVE THIS!!!! What great family service and they have great weekday hours that can accommodate my husbands schedule too! Highly reccomend this office and my family will be going here for years to come!
Dr. Lutsch did a great job providing service to me in an emergency situation. He was patient, kind, and very gentle in handling my situation. I can't thank him and Michelle enough for taking care of me so quickly and so graciously.
We love Dr. LUTSCH and all his staff, super friendly and kid friendly. I came alone with my rambunctious 3 year old, and Ms. Michelle was amazing with him. He had his teeth checked and cleaned and left with toys. We recommend this office to all! Thanks staff for being amazing to us!
