We went in to get a propane heater. Took about 20 min. For someone to find it. (They had to get it from the back) but other then that everything else was great.
Every employee that I have encountered has been friendly & helpful.
Menards wake up...Your service has dropped to the point it is almost self service... Home Depot and Lowes are within walking distance...Your not the only game in town..
A few years ago the business used Menards almost daily. Now we do all we can not to have to call them.
Good sales but I wish they would give veterans discounts like Lowe's and Home Depot. We get much better prices from Lowe's and home Depot on big ticket items. Appliances, flooring, roofing, siding with the 10% veterans discounts.
Today was another fine example why. Called to get pricing on 3/4" plywood. Apparently there is only 1 person who can give pricing.
An average home improvement store, they are really good for exchanges and making sure the customer is happy. They have a wide variety of things, which is nice.
