I wish I could give it less stars than provided. I have been to my share of steak houses and do not mind paying a high price for a quality stake but this was nothing close to a high quality stake. I took my girlfriend for her birthday dinner thinking it would be a great place to check out, she was let down as well! I ordered the special of the night, which was the 18oz T-bone steak medium rare. The steak had more fat than expected. The fat actually took up a quarter of the plate. Being it is a new restaurant I simply asked my waitress if this was a mistake. She admitted the steak had more fat than she thought it should and said she would find the manager. After a brief talk with the manager he was able to "inform me" after checking with the chef it was an accurate amount and rambled on about how this gives better flavor. After paying for my 40$ stake I ended up getting fast food after leaving to salvage the night. I will Not return and would NOT recommend this to anyone!
During a wedding reception, a piece of ceiling tile fell on the DJ. They needed to pause the reception to remove additional tiles that also looked like they were going to fall.
Absolute worst service. I was going to have a wedding reception there. The first planner I worked with was Tonya. She was not knowledgeable at all about her job and took payment before we had all of the details. I met with her twice and both times she was late and eating as she was walking in! After that we worked with Andrea, who also never showed up to our meeting! I called her and asked where she was, and she said she would be there in 10 minutes...but she was at the Hoffman house so obviously she wouldn't make it in 10 minutes. She sent a random guy to meet me and he was nice and seemed to care how I was being treated ...Eventually we just decided to cancel all of it. They called me 4 months after the cancellation, asking me when I want to schedule my food tasting! WHAT A JOKE. AND THEY WON'T GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. the place is beautiful but don't waste your time! Worst and unorganized service ever.
