Just left the Machesney Park location. Went to celebrate a birthday. They bumped our order so our food took 2 hours. The waitress was a sweetie & was going to discuss it with her manager because he was going to do something for us. Nothing!! Probably won't be back! Second time this has happened to us there-
Worst meal I have had in a very long time! It took forever to get our food. Once we did get it it was all cold and hard and very dry. Horrible horrible meal do not waste your time energy or money to come to Buffalo wings in Machesney Park. I would give it zero stars if I could it does not deserve a one star
Lovely staff, relaxed environment. I don't even like sports and feel at home here. The food may be quick order quality but it tastes delicious. The beer selection is also phenomenal. I give it a five star because it keeps me coming back. It's not perfect, it's just right.
Just like every other Buffalo wild wings. Service is someones slow, but is usually pretty good.
Fantastic food (traditional and boneless wings)! I'm here all the time. After a minor complaint about the portion size of a meal, Rich, the restaurant manager, politely and willingly compensated us. Recommend this location to friends all the time. Our waiter randomly left (guess his shift was over?). Staff became increasingly passive aggressive. Ignored when I asked for water refills and then Rich (manager) asked us how everything was we said "It was great! Thank you." He stated "those [free] fries must've really set it off". Nice way to ruin a good mood towards the staff by rubbing in the fact of free food.
