Operational hours should mean having the capabilities to service any customer that comes in up until 5-10 minutes before closing. Not a whole hour before closing.
Food is ok but it is pretty inexpensive. Usually have pizza ready for walks ins. Bread sticks and sauce is where it's at.
Their operational hours are 10am to 10 pm but when i arrived at 9pm. I was informed that their were cleaning up and were unable to make any more crazy bread. I was not informed of this information right away. instead i was informed after waiting in line for 10 minutes. While two employees were servicing one customer.
Pizza is good but the crazy bread isn't so great. Maybe it's because they're busy when I go there but I've had it better at most other locations. Wait isn't terrible either
Showed up and saw a giant line of people and the lobby totally full. No pizzas we're ready to go. I'm not going to wait on a Little Caesars pizza... The whole point is to get a fast Hot and Ready pizza.

I tried calling ahead to place an order and they let the phone ring for 10 minutes after they hung up on me before that. When I got there they said they were to busy to answer the phone. They should get proper staffing over there. I blame the owners, the employees were trying there best.
