Service was excellent and quick. Needed one tire due to premature wear so the service tech figured out an excellent deal on two tires for the front of my car! Totally unexpected deal and very impressed. I will never go anywhere else for tires.
I typically have amazing service at Discount Tire and am an avid promoter. This last go around though I made an appointment at 3:30 and even with that, it took them an hour to get my car in to balance and rotate the tires (which only took like 8 min). I am still an avid fan, but they need to do a better job on scheduling.
These guys were awesome. We got a flat tire right down the street from them, and not only did they honor their policy to fix repairable tires, they were okay with us coming in 15 minutes after closing on a Friday when I'm sure they'd have rather been cracking open a cold one with the boys. Thanks to Chris and Jason for helping us out!
