The Service here is the greatest. I wouldn't think of taking either of my Two Prius's anywhere else. I brought in my Prius and the service was great. Shawn and Matt took good care of my car and made it the least expensive as possible... Matt was very knowledgeable and courteous. He went above and beyond to take care of me. Thank you Matt and Shawn... and Thanks to all the Great people at Guaranteed Auto Repair, I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done...

Unreliable, unprofessional, and disrespectful. If I could give this place negative stars I would. Mechanic Sean is illegally withholding my tittle to the car I bought in June because my boyfriend still has outstanding payments. Two completely different situations. We're not married. My bf went there to have his trans- clutch rebuilt. They had it 3 weeks over the time they said. They did not maintain his car while there. After finally getting his car back it dies while running in the middle of the street, instead of sending the tow truck that Sean owns they sent someone else from the shop with a battery pack that had to go under the hood. Cowl induction hood went into the windshield. The mechanics said they would talk to the owner about fixing it. They never talked to him. Later my bf calls to make a payment and is belittled by the shop owner. As a conclusion do not go here. Its problem after problem with them. They don't hold up there end and they seem to not know what there doing.
